A Project on Awareness, Management, and Prevention

“Mission Thalassemia” was launched officially in the presence of DG 21-22, AG 21-22, Blood Bank Officer & Club Officials after World Thalassemia Day was celebrated in association with Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar on 8th May 2022 at Training Unit and Conference Hall of Capital Hospital.

Project Cycle Includes Thalassemia care and management of existing patients, Prevention by spreading awareness, genetic counselling, and pre natal diagnosis, Blood campaign and blood donation, Mass Screening Camps, and Medical check up and Blood Investigation Camps; Resulting in Improving the quality of life, Balancing the resources, Reducing the disease burden in the society, and its impact on financial resources

A community service project providing drinking water and beverage organised by Ayana Foundation in association with Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar Flamingo having served around 30000 glasses in the past three services.

The Green Fingers

A Plantation Drive for a Sustainable Earth

A Project to develop a Miyawaki Forest at Jatani started on 30th May 2022. 50 saplings of various species were planted to begin with. The club with technical supports from the experts intends to convert this barren farm land in to an oxygen rich Miyawaki forest, and continue the Plantation Drive in various other locations.

“UTOPIA” means an imaginary paradise where everything is in harmony. We want to recreate, rebuild our earth which has been destroyed by anthropogenic activities. We want to see an paradise on earth where humans along with flora and fauna are in perfect synergy with one another, where there is no hunger, no mal nutrition, no anarchy, no injustice on anyone , where every one can breathe fresh air and drink clean water. This utopian earth is possible if we try hard for it collectively and reverse the climate change.
